Ate there on Tuesday August 19. Food good. Service was terrible. New waitress that doesn’t even try. Doesn’t bus the tables or clean the floor. My party of three didn’t receive drinks til after food. She acted like she hated us and was inconvenienced by being there. Won’t return if she’s the new standard.Freezing cold in restaurant.

Walked out. Couldn't get waited on. Lady standing right beside me on her phone. Then she mumbled someone will be with you in a minute and walked to the back.
Waffle houses are normally spot on. Not this one.

Too much gossip between the employees all walking in the back talking to someone off the clock who came out of uniform, hair all over the place, if she even worked there, and lack of customer attention. Then the cashier has the nerves to say, don't forget to tip your server. You don't tell someone that. That's based off their service not you saying it, as the food was cold and order was wrong, so nah the one on Jake is better.
