On my husband's and my 'date day' by patronizing all our favorite places. Thursday Jan 7 around 4 pm we sat down to eat. We became so enthralled in conversation we didn't realize it was getting a little off color. The waitress (forgot her name) handled the situation like a professional by quickly apologizing to the mother and giving the little girl a Waffle House hat and free pancakes every week until she turns 10. But it didn't end there - we ALSO got hats. It was an experience worth remembering and sharing. The waitress and cook both deserve recognition for adding to an already great day!Parking: Approximately 20 spaces and rarely full.
This location has some issues. That's all I'm gonna say.

I like Waffle House...but not this one. Nothing good about it. The outside has to-go windows and they don't let you in for Dine-in. They have no sense of urgency in preparing your order while you wait outside, where they make you wait while the restaurant is empty ..and for 20 minutes.They collect a 20% fee for just preparing your food and then expect a tip for not waiting on you.Then, the food was cold when I received it.Ridiculous!
Staff was more concerned with chitchat with each other and comparing their manicures than with doing their job. They were so loud between themselves you couldn’t even carry on a conversation at your

So I pull up and 2 workers sitting in a car yells out " we're closed" while sitting in the car smoking. Oh ok. I seen the smoke coming out of the car windows.

I’m in Salisbury visiting the experience was terrible! Me and my family sat down to eat we waited about 20 minutes to be seated which was fine because they were kind of busy. After we sat down we had knew what we wanted to eat and everything already, the waffles were CRUNCHY, I then asked for a lighter waffle and the cook said “ if she don’t like this, oh well because that’s the lightest it’s going to get”. WAFFLE WAS STILL CRUNCHY, my sister asked for a refill she didn’t get a refill till she was DONE WITH HER FOOD. I’ll NEVER go there again! They were in there talking about other customers and how they would fight them and all very unprofessional!
