Waters Edge Dock and Grill

Temperature was so cold dining inside that people were going to get coats out of their cars. The food got cold if you didn't eat quickly. Some of the vents were blocked off with menus and many people left early including us because of the freezing temps which the waitresses said they were told it had to stay cold to keep the kitchen comfortable. We will bring coats and blankets next time because the food, drinks and waitstaff are great. They definitely lost sells because of the number of patrons that left early.

Our group of friends went last night! excellent service! I can't remember our waitresses name, but she was shorter with long blonde hair and was amazing! very attentive! very helpful! the food was super yummy! I definitely want to come back and try more things! my husband wants to come try the brunch menu! we had a wonderful time celebrating a friend's birthday!!

My family went fishing with permission (including my 9 year old brother!!!!!!!) and then were later told by “security” and staff (3 males ages 25-35 and 1 female) they had thirty seconds to get off the property or they would get shot. Then stating “even the kid”. My family was harmless in this situation and these pos people belittled them. Would not recommend this place one bit.

When I heard this was a restaurant that serves just bar food, I didn’t expect much. However, the person who told me that was WAYYYY off! Waters Edge is a full service restaurant with AMAZING food! We walked inside & were greeted by a really friendly wait staff! Everyone was smiling & had great vibes. Got our large group to a table super quick. Our waitress was very patient, & made some awesome recommendations. We ordered some appetizers for the table to share (boom boom shrimp, jalapeño poppers, fries, & stuffed mushrooms). They were really good! For my entree I ordered the ribeye! It was so tender and tasty that it’ll have you wanting to order an extra to go! NO STEAK SAUCE NEEDED, it was seasoned and grilled to perfection! The sides were a wonderful compliment too! Last was dessert, the cookie skillet was soooo yummy! My son and I devoured it ! If you’re looking for a place that does it all with great service, wonderful food & a beautiful location- this is your place !!! Thank yall!

My siblings and I have a Christmas brunch there every other year. The staff is always amazing food is so delicious

My wife and I really enjoyed our experience. We loved our meals, and grabbed a pizza to go for our daughter. We have never been to the area before minus passing through, but we thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

First time going....Got there around 8pm, walked in and bunch of young employees eating, then slowly someone got up to asked how many and then...
They said since it's close to closing they are only making pizza. Ummm you don't close for another 3 hours, what?

Nice table outside with water view. Peel&Eat shrimp are delicious, seared tuna is great, as are burgers.
Servers are attentive. Been 3 times, haven't had a bad meal.

This place has been one of my favorite places to eat lately until now, I was taking here for my 60th birthday. My wife had some of my friends meet us there mind you everybody paid their own bill, but because it was more than I think four of us or five of us or six of us I think there was a total of seven of us, we were charged automatically 20% gratuity even though we were all paying separate bills, but you know that is not what really disappoints me, it just wasn’t great. One person in our party, one of my friends did not receive her food, they had to go find it. My son ordered fries with his, they didn’t bring it out. He had to ask for it. I like ranch so I asked for ranch with my buffalo wings, I dip my wings in what I thought was my ranch took a bite and it was blue cheese. Did not really want to eat anymore because I don’t do blue cheese, when I said something to the waitress she said you ordered blue cheese at the table I told her no we didn’t we ordered ranch I know that’s a very easy mistake but when my wife took a bite of hers and it was blue cheese as well and she ordered ranch and she told her she ordered blue cheese since when does the waitress argue with the customer , the whole time we were there she checked on us once for that I had to pay someone 20% gratuity. I think that should be my choice if service isn’t good and you don’t do your job very well you don’t deserve 20%. In my opinion, I feel that once they know the party is big enough that they’re going to get that gratuity, they just don’t care. This is the last time I will go to Waters Edge they just lost a good customer.

I love this place. Great people staff and clientele. The food amazes me every time. Jaxs fish sandwich was so juicy and sweet. The staff are friendly and easy on the eyes. This place is a win

Me and the wife went there last night, and our server Payton went above and beyond. She spent allot of time going over the menu, and since we are new to the area she gave us suggestions on entertainment in the area. Highly recommend, and we will be asking for Payton again next time!
