Picked up a door dash and it was sitting on counter with no name on it and noone was up front to wait on me until I raised my voice and ask if the yhad my door dash then no drink holder was offered until I got testy. Service is always slow and always food all over floor. This happened on 8-15-25 @530pm

Not only did I have to wait for someone to acknowledge me at the front counter, for some strange reason, this location plays Christian music in the dining room. It's 2025 and y'all don't understand that not everyone wants to be bombarded with someone else's religion in a public space? I just wanted to eat my sandwich in peace.

I asked for menu number one because it looked great in the picture — you know, at least like a normal burger with lettuce.
But this is what I got.
I’m not used to eating here, and lucky me… I won’t have to again.

Goodness where to start...
First thing I noticed, there were several flies swarming around the register while I was placing my order.

There was ZERO sense of urgency among the staff. Everyone was leaning and standing there doing nothing.

I ordered a big bacon classic, the burger had 2 of the smaller patties in them instead of the quarter pound patties that they are suppose to have.

Another customer repeatedly has to ask for a cup for her order and twice mentioned there was no paper in the ladies room.

To top it off, 2 small children were running around the dining room unsupervised.

This location is absolutely absurd. I've never seen such dysfunction.

There was a misunderstanding at the drive through line and rather than fix the mix up, they gave me the prep items and said fix it myself. The customer service was the worst I’ve experienced in a while, and I highly recommend management read the numerous other terrible reviews for this place. Additionally, it seemed like the employee who had a terrible attitude was a manager but I was never given a receipt to verify.
