Ordered on the mobile app, waited for my order a whole hour before I called and was told they don’t have delivery drivers so they gave my order to a door dasher. 😒🤔 without NOTIFYING ME,! Ordered at 4:48. Restaurant confirmation said it would be delivered at 5:15. I called several times and got hung up on. Finally got someone and he was rude. I asked for the manager several times to figure out why my order was changed by the store from delivery to carry out and no one even called me. He refused to let me speck to the manager and hung up.

Not sanitary! Stopped in tonight to grab a pizza. While waiting for my order I watched the pizza maker make pizzas without gloves on....stop and move garbage (empty cardboard boxes and such) go right back to making peoples food without any hand washing, hand sanitizer or gloves! NOTHING but pass what ever germs she picked up from all that mess ( God only knows how many hands had handled those boxes of supplies from the manufacturer to the Pizza Hut or where all those hands had been)...Mentioned what I saw to the girl who said she was the manager only to be told no gloves had to be worn to avoid cross contamination!!! REALLY!!!! She had no answer as to why the cook did not at least wash her hands! Just nasty! Never again!
