I eat in, drive thru and delivery. It’s touch and go. Some days, everything is hot and perfectly in order. Other days it’s cold and just weird, almost as if the oil needs to be changed, and nobody likes cold soggy fries. They definitely need to upgrade on quality of, either lids or cups, because I’ve had more spill incidents with their cups than any other fast food, heck any restaurant, ever. I even had one spill as it was being passed through the drive thru window. I didn’t...

Atmosphere and food is good, however the customer service is starting to fall behind. Ordered a 10 piece wing and got nine pieces. Come on, people... this isn't the first time orders have been handed out not fully completed. I'm not going to come here any more if the service keeps heading toward the negative.. Pay attention, shape up, and do it right please. That's all we ask, as customers to a food service.

Placed a mobile order. It was ready when expected. However I felt a little rushed in the drive thru. I was checking the bag quickly and didn't see a straw. The server stated there should be one there but I could have one just in case. I pulled away and when I got home realized the beast box was incomplete. A little disappointed. Next time I will not pull away until I check everything.
