I made an order online went to pick up food it was slow. Got home it was a long piece of hair in my food!!!!!!!! No and gave me the wrong pieces of chicken. I feel they should have said they didn’t have legs and thighs instead of giving me what they wanted to make a 3 piece. Everyone was standing around one person was even on their phone. Just pitiful. This store is on Market st. In Sanford. Lost a customer for good!
Pretty solid, well-managed Bojangles location! The food is consistent and prepared to spec. The interior is usually pretty clean but sometimes can get unkept during rush hours. The drive-thru gets busy at times, but this is a good sign! However, people sometimes still use incorrect entrances to enter the premise.
We were dining here tonight. The dining room was filthy, no tables had been cleaned and the trash was over flowing. The employees were standing around laughing and talking in between customers. Any one of them could have been wiping tables or emptying the trash. When Mary worked there the place was spotless.

Ok I am from NY, but what do I know. This stuff may kill me. But the chicken tenders are the best, love the fries and I will fight for the biscuits. So if an elder Brooklyn kid's opinion matters, it is worth a visit. Plus they are fast.

went here tonight and they messed up my friends mashed potatoes. seriously, how do you mess those up??? they also gave me a sweet tea when i asked for unsweet, and bbq instead of honey mustard. like come one.

I went through the drive thru. Everyone displayed professional service. I was informed that there was a wait in what I had ordered. When my food was brought out, it was fresh and hot, and the young man who brought it out to me was a perfect gentleman. Thank you for such excellent customer service and care!
