I am commenting specifically about the Bojangles in Sanford, NC. This particular Bojangles is one of the best on my travel routes. Clean, friendly, reasonably fast service. We had the 2 piece dinner dark with seasoned fries and the chicken supreme salad, dine-in. This place is consistently the closest to pre-Covid experience as I've had in the last 2 years. I have been to several other BJ's across NC, but many have not recovered. Boone has 2, which are hit or miss - cold fries and tasteless buscuits. Newland has 1 that has been consistently good as well as the one in western Wilesboro on hwy 421. Aberdeen is also hit or miss. The one in Plymouth not so much - very long drive thru waits, the last one taking almost an hour. Elizabeth City Boj was pretty good, though. My on-site observation is that the restaurants with what seemed to be close to the old crew size were the 4+ star places. I know there are challenges in these places post-Covid. Some have figured it out. I just want my old Bojangle's back wherever I'm at. It is my #1 preferred fast food place for 40 years!

As expected. Grilled chicken sandwich is the best around!
Order BO's chicken sandwich and they always substitute for the Cajun chicken sandwich which is much smaller and not crispy seems like it's microwaved. Happens every other time I go to this location. Guess I have to drive farther to the downtown

Other than the steak fries being soggy, the chicken sandwich was good, and at that time the dinning room was clean.I did ask if there was a a non spicy crispy chicken sandwich available, and the only thing was the Cajun chicken sandwich.Parking: When driving a big truck drive around the restaurant to find multiple entrance options. Entering from U.S.#1 north bound is easier than the entrance on Tramway Road (N.C. 78).Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of flat ramps for someone in a wheelchair, or someone who needs flat land to walk are available to access the restaurant.

It's always satisfying when your food is fresh & hot when oredered, most of the staff is a young crew but they always assist you with friendly & great energy, oh & Ms. Betty ????? Sunday lunches when we can make it to dine-in, she is wonderful!!!

I don't usually give bad reviews however we were not impressed with this one. I'm not saying it's always this bad here. So your experience may be different. The time we went my husband ordered a bo size of the rice and when we got it it was literally rice soup. I have never been to a Bojangles that had rice so liquidity. I have worked for Bojangles before so I know for facts it does not come with liquid to the top. Anyways I went to have them try and fix it and they said that's all they had and that's how it's supposed to be made. I explained I knew how it was made and definitely not like this. So I asked for a refund on that too which they did.Again this was my experience yours maybe different.

Lg Fries have gone up to 4.75! But not their fault.. service is good, no food complaints. Friendly folk.
