Didn't have much time for lunch so I stopped by this location since it was closer. Ordered a #2 with cheese. No ice, no sweet tea and only 2 options on the soda machine (inside) rushed back to work. When I went to eat no cheese, stale bun, no flame broil taste. Highly disappointed in this location and wouldn't recommend if I was straved. However the staff was decent.

Absolutely ridiculous. They con old people out of their money. My mother went in and ordered a trio, she asked for 2 OCS and a Whopper, instead of informing her that the whopper isn't on the trio and it's the whopper jr they decided they would just ring up a duo and a Whopper.
The chicken was served to us and it was well below Temp and in the danger zone. So they con old people out of money and serve food that's not cooked to or held at temp they're going to make people sick. Absolutely ridiculous. Will NEVER go back to this sorry excuse of a restaurant.

It took forever for anyone to even come to the counter. When they came to the counter they were out of everything, soda machines were down, they had the names and orders on the bags mixed up, the food they did have was terrible and it smelt like a sewer in there.

Literally asked me what my order was and went radio silently for 5 minutes! 5 freaking minutes!!!! Like come on !!! There’s freaking hair in my food also and they gave me the wrong food! I’ve never hated a fast food place so much in my life . I’m beyond disgusted .

Whoever owns this place just needs to shut it down. They don’t care at all, whoever was working at 9:40pm on 9/13/25 needs to get their life together. How you mad at people for ordering AND complaining to us about it? LOL.

My father visited this location on 9/3 at approximately 2pm. He ordered 2 chicken sandwiches that were not fresh and the tomatoes were bad. He went inside of the store where he was met by the very NASTY store manager Mickey. She rudely asked him what was wrong and he told her his sandwiches were not fresh. She snatched his bag and threw it in the garbage. She made it clear that she was annoyed that she had to do her job and remake fresh food….which is what people actually pay for. When the new sandwiches were made she tossed the bag on the counter and it fell over. She then told my dad not to come back. Mickey is a POOR representation of leadership for this establishment and this store needs to seek a replacement soon!

Super slow.... We came in around 5PM and waited approximately 20 minutes for our food for 4. Three double whoppers and one order of mozzarella fries... Food was good and fresh, but the staff needs to be a bit more friendly.

“I had a very disappointing experience at this location. When I asked to speak with the General Manager about an issue, I was told they refused to come out and talk to me directly. A manager’s job is to listen to customers and help resolve problems, but instead I was ignored. This shows poor leadership and lack of respect for customers. If management can’t take a few minutes to address concerns, it speaks volumes about the overall customer service here. I will not be returning.” I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone!!
