This is THE Burger King to go to in Sanford. Their fries are perfectly seasoned, unlike the other restaurant across town. Service is always respectful, manages expectations well, and gets the food out hot, ready, and good to go.

It took quite a while for someone to take my order. I went inside rather than the drive thru, even though I didn't dine in. The restaurant looked tidy. Every one was pleasant & I received my food quickly.

0 stars. They don't listen when taking your order. If you ask any questions they get incredibly hostile and rude. I was in the middle of trying to place an order when I needed to ask a clarifying question about a menu item, the woman was so rude and obviously not even listening we ended up just driving away. I understand people don't like their jobs but there's just no excuse to bring that attitude to customers, we all have jobs that we hate. Very ghetto.

Another mediocre location from a big corporate chain restaurant. Stale buns on my sandwich, staff that don't speak to you, and management is trying to keep up with demand, due to poor quality in staffing. Go to Chick-fil-A instead, it's about the only fast food chain that offers decent customer service.

Trash service. They didn’t correct my order. Then when they got an attitude aka the lady with the blonde dreads. I just told her to keep the good. I’m out $8 but it is what it is. Burger King do better

The 1 star is only because 0 is not option. 1 order they left out 2 sandwiches out in my drive thru order. Got all the way home before I realized it. It happens, I wasn't mad....called than and I drive all the way back and they give me the two original sandwiches they made but left out of my bag...almost 30 mins after they made them. Thankfully I asked and they ended making fresh ones....got home and what ya know, they were made wrong....

Decided to try them again, order online this time. I pull up and a girl standing outside on her cell smoke runs inside once she see me. Not vehicle in the parking lot, not a customer inside and I'm the only person in the drive through. I tell them I'm here pick my online order and they ask me to pull around. I pull up to the window and they want me to pull up to the door and they'll bring my 4 sandwich order out. I politely declined to pull up and stated Ice be happy to move if any customers come up. I won't interrupt their business but there was no reason for me to need to pull up. Manager comes and the conversation repeats and she says if I stay were I am I'd solve on the timer and she doesn't want that to happen. I explain I'm gonna be on their timer until I get my food. At least 5 staff members, no customers and I sit for close to 5 mins for my online order that I put in before a 10min drive there....

Get home with the food and lettuce and looked horrible, otherwise the food was okay.

This location has been horrible multiple times...worthless is an overstatement

Every time I’ve been here it’s taken way too long to get my order. Been drive through each time and had to sit and wait several minutes for cold food. It’s a 50/50 chance the staff will be either indifferent or straight up rude. Don’t waste your time or money
