The Hawaiian burger was outstanding along with the waffle fries. Tasted delicious. Great food, awesome staff and very fair prices. Extremely wide variety of bottled soft drinks. I had Green River lime soda. It was the first soft drink I ever had some 60 + years ago. Brought back lots of great memories Thank you!!!

The store wasn't as clean as in the past but the young lady at the counter was extremely nice and courteous. The counter near the doordash area was clean so we sat there. As our food was being bagged we saw a roach crawling on the wall. I alerted a staff who was very concerned. When she told other staff and management, there was no concern or apologies given no one attempted to find it or get rid of it. We were frequent customers but we will not be back. I've never been to a restaurant and seen one.

It was our first time visiting as we are from out of town and we’re just in the area. Summer S took our order with the most bubbly and high energy attitude as she did the few groups in front of us. She was very helpful as we ordered and let us know we could customize and blend flavors together for milkshakes so I ordered a salted caramel/coffee milkshake and it was delish! She also brought out our food and came by every table to check in and ask if she could do anything else for them. She was just the most wonderful breath of fresh are and positivity. She made our whole experience there 10x better, the food was amazing as well as his root beer float, next time we are in the area we hope to come back and receive the same service from Summer! She’s a keeper and deserves a raise!

Went to the Sanford location 5/25/26. Great meal at the price point. Similar cost to the big burger chains but way, WAY better product. The gluten-free fried chicken sandwich had a fantastic bun and nice crispy chicken, a great sandwich period, but happened to also be gluten free. The shakes were great, too. The Rootana sounds strange but really works, easily our favorite. Staff was great, super nice in front of house, confirmed our somewhat chaotic order for a larger group with a child, and back of house did a great job with our food. Sadly we live out of town or we'd make it a regular stop.

I originally asked for chili cheese fries and i said loaded. I would have paid extra if that is what it was. The girl in the backnsaid I had to pay a dollar extra for chilli even though it was the cashier that was not clear. I will never return! I never been to a restaurant where theby put the order in wrong and then want to charge the customer.

Overall we had a a pretty good experience. Small mishap on one of the sandwiches but it was fixed immediately! But the best part was Summer!! Even before walking in, she greeted us and is full of positive energy! She’s very sweet and does her job very well. She upsold and just made the entire experience even better. Her service was top tier. She will be the reason we return.
