The store wasn't as clean as in the past but the young lady at the counter was extremely nice and courteous. The counter near the doordash area was clean so we sat there. As our food was being bagged we saw a roach crawling on the wall. I alerted a staff who was very concerned. When she told other staff and management, there was no concern or apologies given no one attempted to find it or get rid of it. We were frequent customers but we will not be back. I've never been...

It was our first time visiting as we are from out of town and we’re just in the area. Summer S took our order with the most bubbly and high energy attitude as she did the few groups in front of us. She was very helpful as we ordered and let us know we could customize and blend flavors together for milkshakes so I ordered a salted caramel/coffee milkshake and it was delish! She also brought out our food and came by every table to check in and ask if she could do anything else...
