I’d I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service is nonexistent, especially from the manager David. He tried to challenge me and ultimately called me a liar concerning sending a message for the curbside pickup, which resulted in me waiting over 15+ minutes. I even called the store to let them know I’ve been waiting and was on hold for another 10 minutes. The 2 minute agreement wasn’t honored..David wanted to argue opposed to rectifying the situation and hung up the phone with no resolution. Customer satisfaction isn’t a priority at all at this location and I won’t be returning.

I usually love this place but they continually skimp on the cheese. Ask for an extra cheese pizza and it's like they actually give you less cheese. It's a serious problem considering extra cheese is considered an additional topping. I've tried 12 pizzas this month alone, all with a request of extra cheese and they do not comply. My pizza yesterday had so many bare spots without cheese, you'd think I ordered a cheese-less pizza.Save your money folks, don't ask for extra cheese, you're better off buying cheese at a grocery store and adding it on your pizza at home.

Ordered pizza paid for delivery they call me back saying that they were going to cancel the order because it was to far I live 8 miles from the store and they have been delivering here in the past

They are still challenged with staffing but they are working very hard and do a great job taking care of the customer. Just be patient and understanding.

Received pizza that was cold and burnt ! Called and spoke to two different managers and they insured me that a fresh pizza would be redelivered in a hour and 30mins (ridiculous) PIZZA NEVER ARRIVED after waiting 1hr and 45mins i called to a rude worker saying the mangers are gone and theres nothing he can do ! Very unacceptable considering i also tipped the driver very unprofessional especially for $30 spent on one pizza . DO NOT ORDER FROM THERE LOCATION AT ALL ! Had no remorse for the situation AT ALL !
Worst place ever first time I went in there I order and I paid it was around 12 on Friday I came 30 minutes later and they told me they couldn't make it cause they closing soon so I left saying nothing I went in there to make 6 large at 11 pm and they close at 1 am they have 2 hours to closing time and they start asking me why I'm making a big order and they Refuse to make it they are so stupid domino's need to fire all employees in there it's really ridiculous in there you can't run They deserve 0 stores

I'm holding a baby in one arm and holding a toddler back with the other. Delivery driver tells me to open the bag and pull the stuff out. I selected contactless delivery.My dog ended up escaping to the neighbors. After all that, the two of the three items are wrong.I've been on hold for 23 minutes and counting.I'm only going to order from here as a last resort.

Ordered two pizzas for carry out and they were perfectly made and delicious. The people complaining don't understand deliveries apparently. If you don't want to wait for someone to bring you food then go pick it up like I do.

Food was poorly prepared. Needed modifications to ingredient that wasn't followed, making the pizza inedible. Paid more for additional sauces and it wasn't delivered. Called the store 5 times before getting someone to answer and then whoever answered said they'd bring it back out but it never came. Really sad that this is the best of what Sanford has to offer.

I called the number for this Domino's location and spoke to somebody who spoke English with such a heavy accent that I could not understand him. When I asked to speak to somebody I could understand I was told that that wasn't allowed. I have a feeling that Domino's has a call center somewhere in another country where they get cheap labor or something and then the orders go to the store whose number you actually dialed. At least I hope that's the case because if I was speaking to someone in that actual store I never want to eat from here again.
