Every time I go there no matter what time of day it is they're always out of half their menu items such as Donuts or donut holes

First time here today. You walk in to a Kiosk that is labelled to order on it for quick service. I wasn't sure if we could even go directly to the counter to order...all we were getting was a couple of donuts. So, we ordered on the kiosk. 2 donuts. Paid and waited. And waited. And waited. The staff was busy making coffees, and drive thru folks packing stuff and serving the window. After 15 minutes I leaned over the counter and asked if someone could help us and get our order. A gal assisted and looked up the order and got it for us. Is there no common sense to see what was ordered and just grab it? No reason we had to wait so long. There was one other lady in there who was waiting for a drink, it was not busy inside the store. We were the only other people until another person came in. Just didn't understand the process here. Will probably go back when its in our bones for a donut, but will do so knowing we may have a long wait.

Ok, havenât been in a d&d in quite a while. Wasnât greeted when walked in, no eye contact. Was clearly having trouble with the kiosks, no one tried to help. Items in the counter not on the kiosk list. After about 10 minutes of struggling with kiosk, went up to counter, rude manager haloes me get a coffee and donut. This used to take about 2 minutes. With the addition of kiosks and worthless employees & manager, took 25 minutes. Thanks! Wonât visit a d&d ever again.

I have been here a few times now and every time the service/food is mediocre at best. The donuts are good, however getting an accurate drink order is difficult (asked for a splash of milk and the drink comes out a light tan color).Main issue is the customer service (or lack there of) and efficiency of staff. Ordered in the drive thru and it took 15 minutes (5-6 cars in line) to get a dozen donuts, then when I pulled up the employee taking my money didnât greet/seem to care about anything other than talking to another coworker. The manager here needs to go take some lessons from Chick-fil-a on how to be efficient and provide good customer service, then get the employees on board.

Signs says open until 9pm but when we went through the drive thru at 4:56 they said we couldn't order because they close in 4 minutes.
