This Dunkin is so clean and nice. The gentlemen working at the counter were so sweet and corrected a drink for me that I mistakenly ordered wrong and were so sweet about it.

Worst service and mangment ever. Went in at 630 and ordered kiosk only. Worker standing at the front counter never said they have no donuts given they are open till 9. So 2 and a half hours to go and no donuts. The worker watches me pay and then tells me o sorry we don't have any donuts and I can't give you a refund you will have to come back in the morning. Go back in the morning and talk to the manager and she make it all my fault and wants to argue with me about it. Will never go back and recommend no one go here.

This morning placed my typical mobile order and the picture is what I received. Looks like someone drank out of it. I can make a damn good latte for myself at home but was on the run and stopped by. Will not be back again and Dunkin really shoukd rethink their business practices bc I won't be the only business they lose with their cheap business practices.

Woke up one morning decide to get some coffee and donuts for the family, drove about 15 minutes to this location had a order of almost $40 us dollars and the individual told me they couldn't take any bill over $20 since I only had a $100 and a $50 dolla bill I had to walk out without my order

Wouldn’t recommend this location. Today went and got Bagel bites they were still frozen in the middle. The guy working then proceeds to take the bag back after I had taken a bite and “reheats them”. Also due to “budget cuts/ there too expensive ” they don’t offer pup cups at this location either.

Black lady in the drive thru was extremely rude and should have better customer service. Does not know how to do her job.
My wife just stopped here and bought a bucket of munchkins (donut holes). There was no variety in the bucket as she received 50 blueberry munchkins. It's not the quality of the product that was bad, but the simple fact that the photo showed a variety of flavors and she was not asked about that but given one flavor, while expecting several.

Normally this place is great but I went through drive through at 7:45pm one night when they close at 9pm to get food and a coffee and they said they already turned off their ovens this early? I work fast food and unless I’m just out completely, every product must be offered until time of close .
