We were so happy to see that this location has a new restaurant with new management. We never could find it open previously. Glad we stopped in yesterday. There was lots of seating, fun decor, excellent service and the food was delicious. I'd never tried Pho before and absolutely loved it. We also ordered crab rangoon, shrimp shumai and Tonkotsu Ramen. There was so much food, we had leftovers today for lunch. We can't hardly wait to go back and try some of their other dishes.

First time visiting Hokkaido, food was great and staff was great ? we ordered Chasu Steamed Buns and Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen ?. Chasu was good but we added some chili sauce to spice it up a bit! Tonkotsu was spicy at all, very light and yummy! Good portion, decent price. We got there around 130pm so it wasn’t busy at all, they have all the cute anime characters all over the place.

Absolutely impeccable service and food. Every dish is served beautifully plated and portions are generous. Appetizers were amazing and everything was flavored and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was great and we loved the decorations. Our waiter was absolutely amazing!
We tried sesame chicken with fried rice. The chicken was crispy and delicious as was the rice. I tried Tom Yum Shimp, but I could not eat it because it was to spicy for me even with out the cilantro. The ingredients did not list anything spicy. My husband ate him and said it was spicy but he could eat it. I then tried hibachi chicken which was very tender and moist. My plate had enough food to take food home. We had to ask for more water to drink.

Food was good but my wife ordered regular miso ramen and got spicy, also wanted mushrooms added and didn't get them.Service wasn't great and that damn pop music above us wasn't helping.Drink glasses are as tall as the straw they give you. I didn't get a lemon in my water, that I asked for and of course we didn't get lemon with our refills.
Hokkaido is 100% my favorite restaurant in Sanford. Everything tastes amazing, and I've never had a bad experience.
