Arrived at 5:45 on a Monday. 3 tables were occupied. We were told that we couldn’t be seated until the other couple arrived. I asked for the manager and with a snippy attitude we were told that was the policy and we’d have to wait. We left for a nearby restaurant.

I’ve been getting pizza here for the last year and a half and i must say the pizza is bomb! The staff is always extra helpful and friendly.10/10 place and a great environment to sit down with family or friends to enjoy this wonderful food.
Significant price increases.I have always loved this restaurant (one of my favorites in Sanford), but recently, their pricing has gone up tremendously. One sandwich (does not include sides), for instance, that still shows on various menu sites to cost $7 or $8 now costs $11. In addition, they are charging a "Card Convenience Fee" that added another 3% to my recent bill (this was not mentioned to us). They have also eliminated most of their lunch specials that were so enjoyed in the past. Maybe they are struggling financially and had to escalate their pricing, but I will not be able to go as often at these prices (up 37% or more). What used to be an affordable lunch destination, this time cost me nearly $20/person with tip. The food is still amazing!!

Disappointing business practices.After having my card charged for a pizza pie I opened the box to what looked like a salmonella cesspool. I requested to have the pie heated to a point where it would be edible but was denied and instead told that I can either take it or leave it. I was told that if I leave it I would not receive a refund and instead would have to pay for another pie which would be properly cooked. We all know that cheese dough and sauce are the cheapest things to financially put together. For me the allure has been broken and the veil lifted on this place. ?
