My wife and I come here two times a month to treat ourselves and have a date night. The service is wonderful, and every so often they treat us to a special dish from the chef (we make sure to tip well. ?) . Their sushi, in my opinion, outstrips anything I’ve had in Cary in terms of quality and value, and the presentation is top notch. I have come in at different times of the day and always have always been given excellent service!The dining experience is cozy and just right.The food is soooo delicious! I love ordering the Udon noodle soup with chicken.Their sushi is top notch and always made perfectly!Give this place a try for an excellent tastebud experience!!

Hands down the best restaurant in town. And probably the best sushi I've had. My father (a picky eater) recently visited from out of town, and I took him to Ichiban. The sushi chef sent out a particular sushi dish for my dad to try.. and he LIKED it. My dad is at that age where you don't expect someone to start liking new foods, but I'll be darned. Ichiban is just that good.10/5
