Service was fine as usual! But how in the world do you half way blend a smoothie. Half is filled with huge chunks of ice and unbounded ingredients. Milk and strawberry stuff. Very disappointing someone couldnât click a blend button again and serve this. Didnât see it until I got home and took out of the trayâŠ

Very noisy place, with all kinds of beeping machines, and workers try to talk over the machines. The food was ok but it took 15 minutes to get a quarter-pounder and a big mac. My friends went through the drive-through, and I walked in to use the restroom and that was a mistake. It was decently clean but the beeping machines would drive most people insane, or it nearly did me anyway.

Marked our order as delivered in the app over 20 minutes before actually delivering it to our car. Took a few minutes over 30 minutes total before getting our order of chicken tenders and three drinks.
One order of chicken tenders and three drinks should not take the better part of an hour. They werenât even that busy, the line wasnât crazy at all. It got backed up, but that was because no one was getting their orders.
The manager was also being short with the customers who were simply asking where their orders are. Would not recommend. McDonaldâs is struggling globally and Iâm sure that the âfastâ food not being fast is one of the main reasons.
Food is always cold. Employees don't acknowledge you at the drive thru window for multiple minutes. Several other cars in the other lane will pass you by without so much as a please hold on from the attendant.

Went through the drive thru. Placed my order on the mobile app. Once I got to the 2nd window I was told to wait for my food. It took 20 min for my food to finally come out. In that span 4 other cars that were waiting got their food. The person that was handing out the food even had to ask me what I was waiting for. Made me feel like they forgot all about me. Very terrible experience.

Ordered additional took me 8 mins to pay , thought well they got caught up then took another 10 to get my my food . 2 cars in front of me . Got to the window gave me the wrong food , and acted like they just did not want to be there . And could see other staff members not one would smile at you . When I went inside all the female that was working drive thru told me is that the lobby is closed and I have to go through drive thru to get my order after I told her I was already checked in to curbside pickup and had been waiting 30 minutes.
