My order was missing a couple of items, and when I asked for a 3 strip combo, they incorrectly charged me for the 5 strip.

The chicken was burnt, and sides tasted old. This is the Sanford standards. (Cameron’s is better).

Bought the turkey and was delicious

I prepaid for Cajun turkey for Thanksgiving, they said since I didn’t come in 4 days before that they sold my turkey and will now have to take off from work to come in the next day to pick up the turkey, wtf kind of business practice is this? Did you not think that I would be in to pick up something that I paid 60 bucks for? Your customer service sucks and your problem solving is non- existent.You lost a customer over this and will not ever darken your doorway again in any of your restaurants.

The staff I had mostly positive experience with. Unfortunately both times I ordered food each time they got it wrong. Fries instead of Mac and cheese the first time and the second time they gave me 12 pc REGULAR fried chicken and not SPICY. The 12 piece was also two toned so at first I thought they split it half and half. Actually the darker breaded chicken I suspect was just older than the lighter breaded chicken. It’s a shame for the amount of money that I wasted on it…. 40 bucks and some change for a 12 piece that’s insane… I have noticed that they hire kids who just sort of stand there while the managers do all the work, this happened both times that I went there, both times I actually went into the restaurant also. These kids need proper training and it’s a shame that shift managers are spread so thin that they have to deal with assembling food, dealing with customers and seemingly have no time to adequately train a kid who doesn’t seem to be all to interested in learning.

I went to pickup food with my brothers and Fiancé using the mobile ordering, when we pulled up to the speaker the young lady god bless her was really friendly and super nice and quick. When we got to the window she said we’d have to wait a couple of minutes for the food to finish cooking, I understood and didn’t mind the wait since it was pretty busy. We waited however almost an hour for our food to come and it genuinely wasn’t much items, Chicken Sandwhich, 3 tenders, 2PC of Chicken, and Boneless sauces wings, a surf n turf box, and 4 sides. I never got my Chicken Sandwhich which was a let down cuz I had to share the food that was actually given to us with my brothers and we eat a lot we’re pretty tall and active guy’s. I don’t blame the young lady’s speediness for she was the one handing out the orders not cooking it but if I pay 27 bucks for a family meal I’d expect to be content with the items that come with it. But really I was disappointed and the portion sizes for the sides were just sad. Everything could’ve and should’ve been better for us having to wait that long. I wanted to forward this issue on the app but every-time I press the “need help?” Option it never goes through and freezes up.

This location is terrible. I asked cashier for fresh chicken. They agreed. 3 minutes later food was ready. Chicken appeared darker than usual upon receipt. I was surprised that fresh chicken was ready so fast. I was so disappointed when I got home. The Chicken tasted very old and lacked the Popeyes chicken flavor. It was very clear to me that they had given me old chicken that was refried. Popeyes this is unacceptable to charge so much for old chicken. I spent 33 on old chicken. Food was disgusting. I guess the restaurant wins, because they’re saving money by giving out old chicken. I called and reported to the shift manager on duty , she took my name and phone number for the manager to call me bk. I never heard bk from them. Manager never called bk that’s fine I won’t go to this location again. I’m gonna avoid Popeyes for a long time. I find that most popeyes chicken is not fresh anymore.

Drive-thru took almost 10min, still got my food wrong.

edit: asking to get what i ordered is apparently "fully meeting expectations". i'd say they didn't qualify for 'barely meet'

The service was horrible.
This is the 3rd time going there and the food is never ready.
Today was told it would take 8 minutes. Agreed to wait and got the food right away. Got regular chicken instead of spicy. Order was missing the fries.

Was excited for a Popeyes in Sanford but all the times I've been the fries have only been good once and both my wife and I have gotten sick from undercooked chicken nuggets. Don't get the nuggets!

Also they never get the order right and give you less food than you pay for

all the girls in there are very rude, on the mic & in person once you get to the window, they all had no patience with anything & or anybody .. customer service was horrible.

Slow…even slower when you order online

Food was OK but I'm afraid I might get food poisoning. Staff seem irritated I ordered unsweet tea. I get the feeling they despise white people. If you don't want to work then don't.. The attached tea Pic looks nasty.

I researched them and they have failed health inspections, in the past. Look how delicious that ice tea looks.

Worst services ever. Waited 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich and finally just left. Would have not felt comfortable eating from there. Its a chicken sandwich dang. There was one other person in the restaurant. Simply sad

Poor customer service,it smells really bad when you first get in. Tables are not clean. they toke an eternity to prepare and serve. They forgot what fast food is all about
