Went in expecting to have great customer service, waited 45 minutes to be seated when there was clearly open tables that needed to be cleaned, no one cleaned the tables. Finally get a seat and I order a sprite they bring my sprite and after I drink they refill it with water, couldn’t tell them because they wouldn’t stop and talk to me. I order my food and it came out cold and under cooked.

Sent my help in this store for lunch and he came out with cold sad looking food almost 45 min later

Absolutely awful customer service... I was deliberately ignored and told my food wasn't ready as I looked at it for 30 minutes before somebody asked me "why are you still here". I will never eat here again

I posted pictures of what my food looked like when I received it. The manager was very dismissive, and his responses were condescending. He tried to convince me that water and oil were cheese. If you are in the Sanford area, do not order their veggie salad. And if you appreciate good customer service, the manager here can not offer that either.

Went in with family of three. Waiter took a very long time to get drinks. Chips n salsa are usually spot on when sitting. Not today. Waiter kept going in and out of bathroom and backdoor of restaurant while on his cell phone. Other waitress has 5 tables and was covering all easily. Our guy only had us. Long delay on refills has to ask other associates for napkins chop refill drink refill. Food came with the salsa and chips ..so much for appetizer. Terrible timing. Pretty sure he refilled our glasses after Sticking his fingers in them instead of bringing a tea pitcher to table. Or fresh glasses. Mrs is irate about service and will not return for dinner. Lunch staff is always more receptive and attentive. Perhaps shift change is to blame ...

Foods good but not as good as it use to be. The prices are completely ridiculous $20 for some chicken and rice or Nachos the whole menu is way to expensive. Then they give you this tiny little bag of chips and little cup of salsa. Alot of us are long time customers. I realize inflation is through the roof but i cant afford these prices anymore.

Party of 5 we were served small portions that were dry and overcooked. Greasy rice and no flavor. Customer service horrible. Had to ask for refills and then was given a water refill instead of Pepsi refill!! Wife got a stomach ache and got sick before we left. All 5 meals should have gone back, but it was to embarrassing to return them. Nothing like this has ever happened to us like this. Over priced!! Contacted management and Manuel was rude and only wanting to compensate us with another meal by coming back. We WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!! My husband is now sick....this is not good.

Changed the menu and the food is now bland yet prices are higher. Was my favorite Mexican restaurant. No longer. I won't be going back

They have always had great food until today. Not sure what is going on but menu changed and prices even higher. Food was nothing compared to before. It was bland and missing a lot of flavor. Very disappointing. Hope improves!
