Still pretty good hot dogs but not nearly as good as they used to be
Been eating at Scoops since I was a kid and hands down Scoops is the best place to get hot dogs and sausage dogs!
The scoops hotdogs are by far the absolute best hotdogs you will ever eat. On a scale from 1 to 10 with 10 being the best hotdogs ever , I give the Scoops hotdogs a 12 .
