I asked to use the bathroom one time before got told that I could go to the bathroom even with the no public restrooms sign up the people that are in there now are very rude im glad I dont eat here anymore

1 footlong online order, and I'm told I have to wait until the employee gets up from sitting on his break.. seriously only 1 person here and I get he needs a break. But now there is more people waiting from online orders, that he won't serve. How are we suppose to know when we put an order in that the only one employee is on break?

Barely had any variety of chips. Did not have yellow mustard to put on sandwiches!? Did not have regular sized cups and tried to charge me for a large. Did not have ice in the ice machine. Clearly mismanaged. Probably making 30% of the revenue it could once people walk in and have this experience for 14$.

Always out of stuff ordered steak sub they were out of steak changed it to meatball and all we got was 4 meatballs in the whole footlong sub and the money was not refunded to me for the difference

If you are in Sanford NC. Go to any of the other Subway locations besides the Tramway store. Due to work I have to use this location and they are constantly out of everything. They wont have ice, tea, breads, tonight i went at 8pm (they are open till 10) and they only had half of the veggies. This place is a joke

Needs to close until hires decent people or enough help says closes at 10pm pulled up last week at 730pm and guy says hes closing cant serve me he was ready to leave it was slow then stopped by try again today and note on door that says try to be back around 730ish and doors locked

The workers were nice but omg the bathroom was horrific. There was literally crap everywhere and blood all over the toilet. A coach roach was on the toilet seat when I walked in. It was so nasty I could not even attempt to eat my food.
The bread wasn’t cooked throughly enough and the vegetables weren’t presentable they looked old like they’ve been out all day. The customer service is horrible the employees act like it’s a bother to serve the customers. They close the store extra early so they can clean. This store has been ran down since Michelle Harris left as manager ??

Worst place ever! Don’t go there! 0 starts for this location! Last night (6/11/24-Tuesday night) we arrived at 9:40pm we parked and by the time we walked to the door it was 9:43pm and there was a lady mopping the floors and had a sign on the door stating: No Orders After 9:15pm We just cleaned & mopped Do Not Walk in

They turned the lights off at 9:55pm and left the establishment at 9:59pm. And before she left, she took the sign off the door. It was a young African American lady.
Although we were there on time and specifically stopped bc they were supposed to stay open until 10pm
Who owns this place? Location is 2238 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Sanford, NC. What kind of employees do you hire that refuse to serve ur customers!
Maybe you need to fire some people and hire new ones that actually want to work!!!

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! Would not honor their billboard sign that is facing US 1 N bound lanes stating 4 footlongs for 23.99 after 3pm. When I asked the manager employees they did not even know the billboard existed. This was the only reason I stopped. False Advertising!! Horrible... Service is Slow.... Will not be back to this subway ever again... Go to Jersey Mikes, just down the road on the right!! Fresh Cut meat at JM!!
