This is hands down one of my favorite little restaurants! I’m so glad Sapphire has Micas! They have a nice covered outdoor seating area and even a little cool fire pit area. The indoor seating options are very nice too. There is a little fireplace inside. Their food has always been amazing, every time I have dinned here. The staff and anyone I have had serving or seating has always been attentive and friendly! I love how many different options they have. The fried Shrimp platter and any of their pizzas are great options! Their steak is always wonderful as well. Check them out!
We came to Sapphire NC for a visit from Atlanta Ga! We ate at Mica’s twice in 4 days that we spent here! Food was amazing both times ! Staff was incredible not only in service but the way they worked together was great as well ! Highly recommend !!

Food and atmosphere are excellent. I ate here for the first time when my realtor took me here. I couldn’t wait to take my family when they came to visit. My favorite is the French Dip.And although it may seem insignificant to some, the iced tea is some of the best I’ve ever had. I am a cold, brewed, sweet tea snob and their tea is spot on. They’ve never met my glass get empty either!
I worked there for Jack and Helen and I miss them dearly. Food was outstanding and although it was tough to see a redesign for nostalgia, it was beautifully done. I missed seeing the treasure of the restaurant in Sherry behind the bar. Hope to see you guys soon!

The service was good, however we ordered 2 filet mignons med rare they came out med well. We asked to get them rare next time and came out Medium. The management did take them off the bill.
