5/5 Food was incredible. We tipped the waitress and the cook. We called the manager over just to say thank you. They were so kind. I can't tell you enough how good the food was. From the time we went in the door and by the time we went out. We were treated with the utmost respect. Thank you Mica's Restaurant and Pub. We will be back ♥️♥️♥️♥️
We came to Sapphire NC for a visit from Atlanta Ga! We ate at Mica’s twice in 4 days that we spent here! Food was amazing both times ! Staff was incredible not only in service but the way they worked together was great as well ! Highly recommend !!
We absolutely love taking a Sunday drive to Gorges State Park and stopping in Sapphire for dinner at Mica’s.
Most recently we had the steak sandwich, burger, fries, sweet potato fries and fried green beans.
The ranch is house made and so delicious!
The drinks were great and the prices are very reasonable.

Micas Mountain Kitchen offers great food and friendly staff in a comfortable setting. The atmosphere is pleasant, with a rustic fireplace in view and beautiful Quaker ladie flowers growing in their natural environment. Meals like the Bang shrimp, prime rib sandwich, and broccoli cheddar soup are outstanding, and the burger is great. The restaurant also serves pizza, salad, chicken wings, and sweet potato fries. There is a nice assortment of beers, a full liquor bar, and a small BTG wine list. The outdoor area is great for dining and families, with lots of TVs for watching sports and daily food specials. Service is exceptional, with staff being super nice and helpful for special events like a small destination wedding dinner. However, some issues include slow service when music is playing, loud music, and smoking nearby that can take away from the pleasantness. Despite this, the hospitality and great love shared at this restaurant create lasting memories.
