The Fix Restaurant Bar and Lounge

Dillan was a great server and gave us the right amount of service we needed. Our entrees were perfect and so were our cocktails. The view from our table was amazing. I would definitely give the staff a 10 out of 10. Very professional, we will be back.

The atmosphere and service was stellar! And the food was great! My one complaint was that the appetizer was "over-plated." I ordered the quail breast, and it was smothered with crispy noodles. I had to dig to find the meat! I think a much simpler presentation would have had a greater impact.

Food and service were excellent, thought the front of house needs a lesson in hospitality.

We had very high hopes for Canyon Kitchen. We had heard so many great things but all fell short last weekend. The service was meh at best. We waited 10-15 minutes between each course just trying to get a refill or any kind of service. The server didn't even bother to acknowledge the lag. It was quite chilly and the heaters were adjusted at others request but not for us. Overall our experience was one we will not be returning for. The food was decent but not worth the drive or the lack of service.

Our meal was wonderful. From beginning to end, everything we had was delicious. Winnie was the most perfect server - she made it all a superb evening. Loved it!

Amazing! Incredible! Wonderful! We had a party of seven...thank you Monika...and we had the best time with delicious food, unbelievable ambiance, spectacular views and we loved John, which was icing on the cake! Oh, that reminds me the desserts were fabulous! We highly recommend and will be back soon!

Servers Caleb and David were outstanding! They were attentive and genuine in their approach. The pork osso buco and grouper were exceptional! The field pea salad and arugula salad was not far behind. Well done!

Iconic spot in the NC mountains. We've been eating there since the first year they opened, and still love it. Less intimate than it used to be, and much harder to get a reservation, but we still love it.

The setting of the restaurant is gorgeous and the overall ambience is so inviting. Our party of 4 enjoyed our appetizers, entrées and desserts! We found the menu choices creative, yet very palatable. It is an open-air dining experience, but the vibe is cozy. We hope to return next season.

Great pork tenderloin and trout. The side vegetables, especially the greens were fantastic. Great service by John, definitely will go again.

0 service , very high price , small portions, Rude bartender (how I understand owner of the restaurant) AND MONEY THIEVES. For their worth service in NEW YEAR I tipped them only 3$ . BUT THEY CHANGE TIPS FROM 3$ to 30$ AND CHARGED 127.06$ instead of 100.06$. Already open dispute with bank . 👎👎👎 If you want to get nervous and lost your money for 0 service and food , you are welcome 👎👎👎
