Slowest Dunkin you can ever go to. Doesn’t matter how many people they have working. (Most of the time 3) They take one order at a time in the drive thru. When they finish with that customer at the window then they take another order. Manager doesn’t care bc they are always there. I have stopped going here & there to see if it would get better & it doesn’t. I will drive the extra couple miles to go to the one in town.
Had an attitude before I could even order my coffee. They messed up our order and were so nasty about it. The workers were obviously talking about us when I confronted her in front of the manager, and the manager even had an attitude. The place is filthy and employees need a reality check. The worker was literally cursing at us and the manager stood there doing absolutely nothing.

This store keeps going downhill in the last couple months, yesterday I didn't even get my stuff after ordering for what I seen at the window. Dirty napkins, a whole meal and an inhaler. This is not to mention workers drinking on the job outside the store once even in the store. Definitely recommend going to the one in Smithfield instead it's maybe 6 mins away.
