Based on the reviews, this Dunkin' location is in a small strip mall with landscaping that looks ragged. The food and drinks are always correct and good, and service is usually quick. Many customers use the drive-thru and app. The staff can sometimes seem overwhelmed, and the window service person is occasionally grumpy and may need more customer service training. One order of 2 bagels w/cc took about 10 minutes and arrived with a lot of cc slathered on the bagel instead of light cc as requested. However, the employees are generally fantastic, friendly, polite, and helpful, even when super busy. The Manager is very sweet. Drinks are consistently well-made, and orders are always accurate. In the rare event something is out of stock, staff offer a substitution to make it right. A customer had a great experience with an iced Butter Pecan Latte remake, where the staff member was kind, generous, and added drizzle and whipped cream. This is definitely a 5-star location.
