“One word to describe it; easy-going! Staff was friendly and laid back. The atmosphere was quaint and calm. Ample places to sit and televisions spread throughout if you want to just decompress with a drink. I got the garlic Parmesan wings and it was fantastic! One of the best garlic Parmesan sauces I’ve had in a while. I appreciate a good fryer because my partner said the onion rings came out perfectly. Relaxing and chill vibes, good for a run of the mill lunch when you don’t want to prepare at home.“

“One thing I’ve always found at this McDonald’s is that they have friendly and helpful people. Generally, everyone is smiling, and provides good service. As per normal with McDonald’s, the food is what it is, but it is always hot at this location.“

I assumed I would spend the next several days in a battle to get my money back. When I arrived at the Southern Pines location, Jason T volunteered to help me get my refund. He went above and beyond!
