Terrible customer service. Waited 30 minutes past the estimated wait time given from the website. When I called to inquire where my pizza was after 50 minutes the manager was rude and actually hung up on me. When my husband physically went to the store to get a refund because we no longer wanted the pizza (but was not able to cancel the order due to being hung up on) the manager explained he didn’t really care because they had already done $1k in business in the last hour.
