Bagel Dock Express-Shallotte

I used to frequent this place in the mornings during the week But I steer clear now. The service totally sucks the girls that work they are so rude and they can never get my order Right it's really unfortunate because I used to love this place.

Ordered the parmesan bagle with cream cheese. Was pleased to see they didn't skip on the cream cheese. Can't wait to go back.

We’re here at John’s Auto Sales, we had lunch at Bagel Dock Express today. It was so good. The fries are the best they had a crispy coating on the outside, I also got the chicken on Asiago bagel, it was so delicious and soft. We will be back soon. It was so much food I had to save half for tomorrow. Thank you. ?

Coming from New York, the Bagel Dock bagels are as close to a NY or Jersey bagels as I have experienced in the south from North Carolina to Florida. The one tip that I would give is to buy 2 bagels and the small container of lox spread (as it is cheaper than getting the lox spread put on the bagel there!) Plus it will cover both bagels!

Really great bagels! I had their honey combo lunch special and it was delicious. Very reasonably priced too. We will be coming back!

Bagels were really good BUT..
I got 2 bagels specifically said sliced and toasted.. got the bag NOT TOASTED.
Waved over what seemed to be the manager..she wasn't apologetic at all.
And why is butter 99cents extra, almost as much as the damn bagel..
Its not listed at 99 cent on the menu the manager got a little snippy when I inquired about the 99cent charge...like I was supposed to know. They need better customer service

I got the Chicken salad regular bagel and a side of potato salad and it was enough for 2 mornings.

Always a great experience when I go here the bagels are outstanding their lunch menu is fantastic the service is bubbly and cheerful and wonderful and it's my favorite place in the whole city to go. And the prices are outstanding remember to get 12 bags to go because you get a baker's dozen!!

Wheelchair accessibility: Getting into it is very easy other than there's no automatic door but also there are tables where wheelchairs, can be accommodated

This is the third time I have specifically asked for my items to be toasted and they have come completely untoasted. Today I asked for an EXTRA toasted croissant sandwich and it came not toasted at all. This is extremely frustrating when you spend $20 on three items and they don’t even come right. But at least they get their tips!!!!!

They close at 2:30. I pulled up at 2:20 the lights were on and the open sign was blinking but the door was locked. Bad business.

I used to love this place, but they’re ordering procedures now are absolutely ridiculous and that was a stupid stupid stupid management decision to only take orders only online or over the phone as they won’t let me order at the window anymore.

I tried the phone several times, but kept getting the voicemail telling me they were busy and I don’t have a good Internet connection to order online.

Go ahead and keep your stupid policy of ordering you will lose a lot of people !!!

Absolutely disgusted !! if I could give zero stars, I would!!
