No price on the menu which mean they can change the price at will. Who does this. Cheaters do things like this Great bagels they forgot my jelly but it's was still awesome!! Posted a lot of pictures so enjoy!!

My wife and I go to Bagel Express in Shallotte at least once or twice a week. We are always greeted with a friendly hello. The service is top notch and the bagels are the best. Although it is usually busy, they take the time to make you feel very welcomed. I appreciate that the coffee is self serve and you can refill at no extra charge. We always eat in, so I observe that the courtesy that we received is not unique to us. Everybody gets the same positive treatment. Within minutes after we sit down our bagels are ready.

I called my order into bagel dock this morning and spoke to the nicest young man. When I went there to pick up my order he waited on me and could not have been more courteous. The staff there are always great and our bagels are always fresh and delicious. Thanks bagel dock for always being on point.

Our first time eating here. We are native New Yorkers, and I found the bagels to be NY quality! And the service was excellent. Very friendly staff!

So disappointed. For a few years now my husband and I would make a trip (30 miles each way) to get our favorite bagels. This past time, we got our usual and when we got home they felt and tasted like they were a week old. I sent them an email on their website over a week ago and no response. It's sucks because I'm from the North and these were the closest tasting bagels to the ones back home.

Pastrami reuben was fantastic!

Just take your money and through it in the garbage or flush it down the toilet.
This place is trash. Buying off the low end of the food service truck their product quality is equivalent to that of any common fast food chain, and I would even say worse, if you are someone who enjoys or knows what good deli is you will be sorely disappointed. I wouldn’t feel this to a dog. I’m a person that doesn’t eat from drive throughs or chilis, or Applebees or any of the places that are common. I like authentic or I’ll make it myself. Huge thumbs down. Go to the one in Calabash. It’s real NY style deli there, and they have a total water filtration system for EVERYTHING!!! The Bagel Deli in Calabash is like going to the Disney World of Bagels. It’s on the waterfront down there, and they have EVERYTHING!! You won’t leave hungry, sad or angry or disappointed like I did from this bagel place in Shallotte. If you live in shallotte and can’t get to calabash for a good Bagel just go to Walmart and buy some bagels from there, it’s the same thing they are offering at the bagel store in shallotte.

My mom and I both agreed that this was one of the best bagels we’ve had in a long time, honestly maybe ever. Everything on the menu looked amazing - we one ordered sausage, egg, jalapeño cheddar cream cheese on toasted Asiago, a tuna salad on toasted Asiago, and a lox bagel on a toasted onion bagel. All were sooooo good! And amazing service too, and super quick! Check this place out.

Marina the manager was absolutely amazing her customer service is outstanding, the staff was very friendly and the bagels were delicious!! Overall a great atmosphere! Definitely will be coming back :)

I used to frequent this place in the mornings during the week But I steer clear now. The service totally sucks the girls that work they are so rude and they can never get my order Right it's really unfortunate because I used to love this place.
