One of the best Chic-Fil-A’s. They’re busy but not overly so. People are kind, food is good and fast. Shallotte has a lot of fast food, but this is the best in town.

Received cold food and we don't even live but 2 minutes around the corner. Called and the manager wouldn't replace the order. This chick fila is one of the worst I've been too. Customer service isn't the best in this town.

Some girl took my order wrong so I corrected her she then overcharged me and forgot the drinks and had me pay for two meals anyways when I didn’t want fries

Usually when I go to this chic-fila they get my order correct an get it to me fast. I went today and the girl taking my order asked me if I wanted the meal for both items I said yes. She asked me what kind of cheese on my sandwich. I said pepper jack. I ended up having to wait a bit for my order an it was completely incorrect. There was no bacon or cheese on the grilled chicken club. I was missing an order of fries an I was given a medium coke when I ordered a large. When im spending close to 30 bucks on food I expect to get the entire order and it also be correct.
