You can't go wrong here. Never disappointed I know there a chain ⛓️ restaurant but some chains are a hit or miss and this one is a hit 🎯 every time I go

Food was quickly prepared even on a busy Sunday. The wait staff were prompt and courteous. Food was hot and delicious. Almost the best part other than that was the handicapped accessable restroom was actually accessible and had plenty of room to maneuver a full size wheelchair. This is rarely the case in most restaurants. It's either difficult to open the door or impossible to get the wheelchair all the way in and shut the door. Thank you Chili's for doing it right!

We do not typically eat at big franchise restaurants but being a Monday evening, it was slim pickin's in Shallotte. I was pleasantly surprised! The $10.99 deal got us in the door but we were expecting subpar food....nope, it was delicious (crispy chicken sandwich) and more food than most could eat! Our waitress gave us phenomenal service and all smiles from the rest of the staff. I hate it took us so many years to give it a shot but will definitely be back if they keep an affordable option on the menu! Thank you Chili's!

Tonight we took the kids out to Chili’s to celebrate getting the new van- we promised them a ride, and ended up at a restaurant. We love their 3-for-me deal. I got a tea, chips and salsa, and their old timer burger with a black bean patty (I LOVE Chili’s black bean burger.)
After we got the apps the manager came out and apologized that they were out of black bean patties. He offered to have the kitchen make me a vegetarian pasta, but I really wanted a burger so I said ‘how about just put extra cheese on the burger and leave out the protein altogether.’ He countered with ‘what about sautéed mushrooms?’
Holy hell y’all. This was one of the top 5 burgers of my life. A thick pile of buttery slightly charred sautéed mushrooms, extra gooey cheese, mustard, lettuce, onions, tomato, and the best pickles. Better than the black bean patty, by far.
Well done Chili’s Shallotte. I’m typically not a chain person, but both customer service and food could not be beat tonight.
(Manager even checked to be sure cooking the mushrooms in butter was okay, and never acted like me being a vegetarian was an inconvenience.)
Had not been to Chili's in a few years. The food was excellent and paid just a few bucks more than what bad fast food costs. Even got a Modelo on draft and was only 18 bucks! The food was 👌
