China Buffet II

My wife and I typically get the buffet to go, which is the best value for our eating habits. I can make a couple meals out of my takeout which cost a little more than the dine in buffet.

I should of paid attention to all the other 1star reviews! We are visiting the area, it was a busy lunch and food seemed to be coming fresh from the kitchen but it was all terrible!🤢
Medium warm, already getting a stale taste to it. The bathrooms were incredibly dirty🤮. Asking for refills on drinks was like pulling fingernails.
Couldn't trust the seafood or sushi at all. Rice was so over cooked it was like mush!🍚🍣🤮🤮🤢 please save yourself and do not give a chance.

Went there for dinner. Wasn't very clean. They were not that busy. Only a small number of people. The waitress took our drinks but didn't wait to get our youngest daughter's. She yelled the drinks to another staff member and then grabbed a phone from another. I took my other 2 kids to get food. My wife stayed behind to try to order my youngest's drink. When I came back to the table my wife informed me that the waitress completely ignored her. My wife feeling offended and rightly so decided she didn't want to eat. The kids were already eating. I had a little bit of food but was not feeling really hungry at the moment. The food I had was cold and not very good quality. When the kids finished eating it was time to leave. I talked to the guy at the register. I told him my wife didn't eat her food and not to charge us for it. He said that it was already rung up and we should of said sooner. I said you can't go back and change it. He said no. I explained to him what happened and he said sorry I just work here. Then he tried to make it up to me by offering me a to go plate. I said no thank you and that we will never come back. So I had to pay for a meal that was never even put on a plate. I do not recommend this place. Its unclean. They have poor customer service and the waitresses are rude.

Just moved to Shallotte from NY and looking for some good Chinese food after reading all the reviews the bad outweigh the good . I'm not even gonna try this place !

The food was not good at all. You would think food on a buffet would be hit; however, some of what I got was not.
The person behind the cash register was extremely rude!!!!

Probably shouldn't even give anything but I loved this restaurant but while I was at the buffet I heard this employee pounding her heel I looked down as this little brown roach took off ...I just couldn't wait to leave...has literally turned me..

I would not take a starving dog to this restaurant. Food was ice cold. Other food was left over from lunch. The place doesn't look like it's been cleaned this year. I love good food, this doesn't serve it.

There are lots of selections at a very affordable price. They keep changing the food, so it always looks good. The staff is efficient and polite.
