They are so in a hurry they don’t ever listen to my order. Then they have an attitude when they have to redo my sub. Every single time we go to this location

You get what you pay for and a bit extra. All the sandwiches I've tried other than veggie stuff have been beautiful. This place is nothing like Jimmy John's or subway. Hell, they aren't even on the radar. Subway tastes and looks manufactured. Jimmy John's just kinda looks oddly fake. Neither of the two don't even come close to giving you what you pay for. Now, Jersey Mike's is a bit more expensive but that's not a bad thing considering you're full and usually have some for later. If you haven't eaten here do yourself a favor and give it a try. You will not be disappointed with your choice.

Parking: Parking is adequate. And has handicap spots too

Went in here mid July 2024. First time at a JM restaurant. All the food and rolls looked really good. The line formation needs some work. I ended up placing an order and then as the line got to the deli case where they were making the subs I noticed that there were flies landing on the food/rolls and no effort being made to swat them away. That's when I walked out the door. Went to Smithfield BBQ right down the road.

For at least the 5th time our subs were a mess. Italian had no onions, dripping in dressing (asked for mayo), soggy bread. My club was so soggy because the lettuce was fripping very. wet. Told the club had onions so I told her no onions, guess that's how the the other sub didn't get them. Not the first time our subs were so soggy we just took meat out and put in our own bread. Stopped ordering hot subs because they were so over seasoned or dressing just soaked the bread. One time the Philly was rolled up tight in paper that it looked like a hot dog. Called, again no manager in store. Just bunch of kids. TRAIN THEM BEFORE YOU LOSE ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE US!

The ladies here kept making food out of order and took 45 minutes to get our food. manager does not care gives attitude for asking why the food was sent out 20 minutes apart

We went to grab a couple of subs, the staff was not friendly at all. They had some kind of problem with an order, from the people in front of us. We finally just left. We knew we would be waiting for a long time.

Food is always great. Quick and the employees are nice. Philly cheesesteak is great. Roast beef is great as well.
