We had been coming to this Little Caesars for a couple years. We had always got a good pizza and friendly service, however that was not the case tonight, 12/29/2025. Called in the order for a 3 meat treat, thin crust. Had to wait at window for ever when we went to pay the cost was more than we expected. Normally the 3 meat treat was 11.99 with and upgrade for thin crust. The sign outside said 11.99. When we ask about the price the person waiting on us said the thin crust 3 meat was 12.99 and the Pepsi was 3 dollars. Our total came to $19 and change when we got the receipt we reviewed it and learned we were charged 14.99 for the pizza. When we ask her about it she said she had looked at the price wrong. The pizza was not what was expected either. Crust wasn’t done and the top was loaded with grease! 🤮

Been here a few times and not a single time anything has been hot and ready. Also I had to wait for my food to be cooked then it get it after the ten minutes they said it would take and it’s cold. If I wanted to wait for pizza to be cooked I would go somewhere else that doesn’t claim hot and ready.

Christopher was very friendly, helpful, attentive, courteous, and very professional! Our pizza was fresh, hot, and very tasty! It was promised and ready in a timely manner. Thank you so much Christopher and Little Caesars for a great late night dinner! Great Job!!!!!

The only reason why I giving a review is to share our appreciation for the service that we received from Christopher B. He is a nice well mannered guy! We came in a rush and he took the time to smile and be nice to everyone that came in.
Food ok my family loves it... they are nice for most part but talk to much about how their job sucks and bring down the atmosphere

Corporate seriously needs to come in and get this place in order or just pull the franchise all together.. this location is doing unrepairable damage to the Little Ceasers name...just do yourself a favor and save your $20.

This was the worst $15 I have ever spent for food. I ordered the crazy puffs and Italian cheesy bread. The lady cashier took my order and had absolutely no clue as to what she was doing. Every time I asked her about something she giggled and said “umm, I don’t know” like why are you working there and clueless. She took the order and I asked for extra cheese and extra seasoning on both. She stood at the register along with another customer and a manager of all people….and still couldn’t figure out how to add extra cheese. It had to be a fourth person called. I ad to pull up for my order because it was suppose to be hot and fresh. I have included pictures of the dry and non seasoned food. There was no extra seasoning (even after pulling thru again) and it was dry!!!!! I contacted customer service and did a feedback and yet, no one has got in touch with me after requesting a refund. Not even to apologize. I am reporting this to the BBB because clearly they don’t care. I would not stop here and eat.

Billboard was down,had me use the wrong pin pad to pay my order.Employees ignored me.They burnt my pizzas and I had to wait for them to redo.Worst Little Caesars I've ever been in.
