Was the only one in line order 2 cheeseburgers and a medium fry had to pull up cause they claim they was making fresh fries. After waiting 23 minutes I went in to see what was taking so long. The worker goes oh I forgot. Then they gave me the food and I got back in my car when I checked the food the fries were not fresh the burgers are cold the fries are cold they need new workers and a new manager period it should not be like this

Drive through and ordered a meal. Fries were cold and over cooked. The big Mac was the worst. All condiments were all over even outside the bun. At least 6 times the normal amount of special sauce all over. A complete mess. Couldn't even eat it. Person who made it should be fired. I call and asked for the manager and she was like what do you expect me to do and hung up on me. Never going there again.

Don't bother trying to order dessert from this location for delivery, they are not dependable at all! Placed order for 4 Hot Fudge Sundaes to be delivered to Family member in a local nursing home for a treat to share with friends....only 1 was delivered. Unfortunately have had similar issues before. Over paid for this treat, it wouldn't bother me if the order was completed correctly....

Second time this week I've been here and the food wasn't good I ordered a fish and it came with half of a bottom bunny and burnt then spent 60.00 on breakfast and didn't get the correct order it was wrapped in correctly but actual biscuits were wrong one was just a plain

I would strongly suggest avoiding this Mcdonalds if your passing through. The crew in here smell like there high everytime I come in here. They offer no table service and the manager is very unfriendly. Food is not prepared properly, and the last time I got a Quarter Pounder and took a bite it was raw. Also I came in here today 01/24/2024 and they were playing christmas music, so its obvious that the manager is not really paying attention to nothing to leave the radio on christmas music. I dont usually do reviews on Mcdonalds, but this one here forced my hand lol. But please go the extra miles to another Mcdonalds please avoid this one.

Drive-through was really slow as a matter of fact some guy cut in because they messed up his order. He was extremely upset. They forgot the barbecue sauce for the nuggets. How frustrating. Usually I ask for one extra because typically they always forget. I mean who eats nuggets dry It’s almost as though they do it on purpose. That’s Mickey D’s 101 always put the sauce with the nuggets.

Have been here few times in the last month or so around lunch time and they are always busy. Employees don't always handle it very well. Customer service is so so but food is always hot and so far pretty good no complaints about the food. Never had an Employees could just work on there customer service skills a little.
