Service varies at different locations. Shallotte McDonalds was not clean. The service was poor. We dined in with our grandchildren. The table had fingerprints and water circles on it. I asked a person for wipes to clean table. We were ignored. There was only 3 staff members visible. I cleaned the table with napkins and hand sanitizer before allowing the kids to eat. Food was not good.

Im not from the area- but I will say this, this location is by far one of the best ones iv been too. The staff is very pleasant and professional. All staff appeared to be loving the working environment. Hardly any wait time, Food is fresh and hot. If I am in the area again, l will definitely be returning to this location.

Too cold to be able to sit & enjoy your food. Recently remodeled. New seating is hard & uncomfortable. The interior is cold and impersonal making sound amplified. Staff in back are loud, making it hard to carry on a conversation with your family. Clean restaurant & restroom.
