This was the worst food order I have ever received at subway. NONE of our subs were complete. I frequent this store quite often and I’m very disappointed that I have to start going to jersey mikes for subs. May I add that NONE of the subs had anything on them other than meat & cheese. No Mayo, tomato, pickles, onions, etc & NO extra bacon, which I paid for!

My son had placed an online order,so I went to pick it up,as I went in,I never once got a welcome to subway
So there was a couple at the counter ordering and there was a lady sitting in a Booth,so I sat down in a booth next to her
Then a gentleman came out of the office I guess and she told him he had a online order,I said it was probably my son's, because his name wasn't on the one on the rack,so as I'm sitting there she gets up and whispers something in the lady customer ear,then goes to the office door and says something to the gentleman working there
At this point he is staring me down as if I was a piece of trash
She then says she's going to the car which obviously was in the back parking lot
I'm actually furious about this situation,ok so I looked dirty ,I'd been doing yard work
But for them to stare me down is right down disresp

Most of the employees give terrible service, mainly a girl with black hair, I am a person who speaks little English and she was serving me in a despotic, rude and arrogant way, saying rude things in English because I told her I didn't speak English but I do understand many things, in fact serious, a video would have evidence of your bad attitude towards a Hispanic person and above all I am a high-risk pregnant woman who cannot be experiencing displeasure like the one I had today, I hope I don't have greater consequences thanks to her bad treatment of this subway character, although she is not the only one who has terrible behavior with customers, it is the third time that I have had an annoyance like this, on another occasion the employees were arguing among themselves, shouting in the store to the point that later one of them ended up saying a lot of things to us when we were just eating. Horrible service and I have gone there because it is a place that we are passing through and for faster but due to their bad service I think I will not go to that establishment again,

Food is just what you'd expect from a subway, it's good for the price, which is cheap compared to other sub places. I usually order thru the app which is the best way to go bc they usually have good deals like bogo offer which is awesome!!! I honestly feel like I never see anyone here tho. Gonna sound old here but when I was younger I feel like more people actually ate in the restaurant but now adays everybody orders togo so there's never really that many people here.

I wish I could give negative stars.... This is the worst Subway I've ever been to. Employee was high on drugs slurring and nodding out while ringing people up. I waited almost an hour for a mobile order. Employees were incompetent, rude, and the place was dirty and disgusting. They overcharged another customer and I watched them mess up two other orders while I waited. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Dirty scumbag employees probably overcharge people and won't give refunds to pay for more drugs.

My mother went to go get subs and asked for everything I wanted but the man did totally the opposite plus it was super dry. I get that it was around 9 o'clock at night and you close like 30 min later, but if a customer is going to come in and pay for what they want they should receive what they want. I'm sorry subway but you just lost 2 loyal customers. Get better workers or get them to do their job right.

This place is terrible. It wasn’t clean on the line and the lady that was working there didn’t put stuff on it when I asked. The put mustard on my wrapping paper. Definitely won’t come here again. The vibe was 100% off.

food poisoning for over 24 hours after eating a 6 inch sub. My brother worked here for over a year and told me about what goes on in that kitchen. I obviously should have listened but instead i spent over a day vomiting up everything and lost 8 pounds.
