I scheduled a pickup for 8:00 PM, but when I got my order, everything was cold. The food box shows it was prepared at 5:43 PM, over two hours before I was supposed to pick it up. This is unacceptable. Food should be fresh and properly timed for pickup—not sitting out for hours. Very disappointed with this Taco Bell.

We waited 45 minutes for a couple orders as “walk ins” while 30 cars were helped in the drive through. Never received food, only received excuses that “it’s Labor Day weekend”, “we’re doing the best we can do”, and “we get paid for the number of cars through the drive thorough, so your order gets moved down the list”. Unacceptable customer service! Guy making the orders even came out from the kitchen and bowed up like he was going to fight when we simply wanted an explanation as to why our order was never filled, when everyone else’s was… still want a reasonable explanation, not excuses…. Can anyone answer??

Explain why we did not receive our food after waiting over 45 minutes in the dining area when 20-30 cars were served in the drive through during the same time frame. Also, several “walk in” guests were served *after* we placed our order. Please note we never received food, only a refund after waiting a total 45 minutes and after 30+ cars were served in the drive through. The only explanation we received was that “we get paid off of the number of cars that go through the drive thru” and “it’s Labor Day weekend, we’re doing the best we can do” WTH? You can serve all these other people but not us ? Just explain where our order is? That’s all we wanted to know!! After asking for an explanation as to why our order kept being placed at the bottom of the list, an employee (the line cook?) came out and tried to start a fight with our party. All we wanted was our food and all we were given was “we’re doing the best we can do”. Obviously not, when you can serve 30 cars, but not a couple customers in the dining room after 45 minutes. Completely ridiculous!! Still waiting on a reasonable explanation…

Yall wait till the very last minute to make the food whenever the customer ordered way ahead of time through the mobile app. You wait until the customer gets there to tell them you haven’t started their order yet and we have to wait 30+ minutes to receive our food.

No forks or spoons to eat with..we had to clean a table with wet wipes before we sat down. It was my families first and last time there. I do not understand how some managers keep their jobs.

Sent my granddaughter for a pickup order...when she arrived home (5 minutes away) out order was incorrect. She had ordered and paid for 2-12 packs of cinnabons and received 2-2 packs, 1 cheese caesadilla that one quarter had no cheese and the rest of it was carred black. We also had a steak grilled cheese burrito that was charred black. I sent her back with the charred food and cinnabons. They gave her 2-12 packs and trashed the ones she took to show them. The charred food was trashed and they argued that more than half had been eaten. I took one bite off the cheese quesadilla. It's bad when you spend $48 with them and they will not correct their mistakes.

I was a bit disappointed. I purchased chipotle chicken melts and they hardly had any chicken and mostly breading. The tortilla was soft but hardly anything inside. The lady at the window never said thank you and was distracted talking about other things with a co-worker. I said thank you multiple times and never got a response.
