Every time I go here, I order burrito supreme with either steak or chicken, and all I get is a refried bean burrito. They pack the burrito with refried beans and have hardly any meat in them. When I decided to order a chalupa, it’s packed with lettuce, I get a chalupa salad and again no meat. This is the worse Taco Bell I have ever had. The manager obviously isn’t managing the other employees or they are ordering the employees to spare the meat.

Twice I have ordered the vegan bowl and twice they have put meat on it. WTC? The first time the manager argued with me and I had to dumb it down so she could comprehend what vegan meant. Come on do better next time.

Waited 30 minutes between arriving in the drive thru and leaving. They had us pull around past the window and then ten minutes later came and told us they gave out our order to somebody else.

We had a very pleasant experience tonight at Taco Bell. The young man taking our order at the drive through was polite, kind, and patient as we ordered for our family of six. He greeted us when we pulled up to the window and told us to have a good night. All of our food was prepared correctly (it was a complicated order) and tasted good. We have gotten so used to having bad experiences when eating fast food that I just had to say thank you to everyone working tonight!

went last night at 12:30. asked if they had nacho fries was told “i mean id have to cook” ok? is that not what you’re there to do. also said they closed in 15 min. weird i dont think anyone closes at 12:45. very unprofessional but what can you expect from a grown women working at taco bell. get another job lady. making your laziness everyone’s problem is probably why you haven’t made it very far in life girlfriend.

If I could give this location a negative star I would. Their front cashier employees don’t ever acknowledge you until minutes later after walking in circles in the kitchen for no reason, I went back after I received my food because my chicken nuggets looked disgusting and over cooked. I asked them if this was the type of quality of food they would like to receive as a customer and she stated we don’t have chicken wings here when I never mentioned anything about wings. I asked for a refund and was told “ we don’t do refunds here “ since when does a food chain not do refunds??? This place is a joke. Never ever going back here again. Do better !

This location is Very up and Down. Had some Great food and Service at times but most times very subpar. Managers 99% of the time will argue with you on Any complaint or something wrong even when showed the mistake(s). I only go there from time to time now in hopes of it being a good experience, honestly it's much better to go next door to Cook Out knowing you'll have a better overall time.

I do not like to place my order at a kiosk. I'd rather interact with a person. Food is different from gasoline. Even though it's fast-food, it should have a social aspect to it.
