I was a bit disappointed. I purchased chipotle chicken melts and they hardly had any chicken and mostly breading. The tortilla was soft but hardly anything inside. The lady at the window never said thank you and was distracted talking about other things with a co-worker. I said thank you multiple times and never got a response.
We had a very pleasant experience tonight at Taco Bell. The young man taking our order at the drive through was polite, kind, and patient as we ordered for our family of six. He greeted us when we pulled up to the window and told us to have a good night. All of our food was prepared correctly (it was a complicated order) and tasted good. We have gotten so used to having bad experiences when eating fast food that I just had to say thank you to everyone working tonight!
I do not like to place my order at a kiosk. I'd rather interact with a person. Food is different from gasoline. Even though it's fast-food, it should have a social aspect to it.
