We had a very pleasant experience tonight at Taco Bell. The young man taking our order at the drive through was polite, kind, and patient as we ordered for our family of six. He greeted us when we pulled up to the window and told us to have a good night. All of our food was prepared correctly (it was a complicated order) and tasted good. We have gotten so used to having bad experiences when eating fast food that I just had to say thank you to everyone working tonight!
I do not like to place my order at a kiosk. I'd rather interact with a person. Food is different from gasoline. Even though it's fast-food, it should have a social aspect to it.
While consistently understaffed and drastically overworked, the crew has been a constant delight and despite having to wait longer than I would like they always do right by me ensuring each item Is made as close to perfect as possible. I appreciate their efforts and work
