The drive-thru was a little busy but we discovered why. There was a young lady by the name of Alexandra working the window and as the food was being made and she was waiting on orders, she would chat with the customers. When it was our turn she said it would be just a minute (we had a very large order) and then said “so, tell me about yourselves!” She was the sweetest cashier! I understand places may be busier than normal due to the current circumstances; however, I placed an order through the app to have dinner ready for pickup at 6:15pm. I then ordered from another local restaurant for pickup at 6:30pm. I arrived at 6:15pm, pulled into drive thru line and proceeded to wait 20 minutes to even reach the speaker to explain I was there for a curbside order.
