I really like this Arby's location in Shelby - the staff are very friendly and efficient and the food is always excellent. Thank you Arby's for such a wonderful place in Shelby.
They messed up my order. When I went back in to speak to the manger showed her my receipt she fixed it with no issues smiling and apologized about the mistake! She’s wonderful! So sweet!
I stopped to get dinner while driving home from the Charlotte airport. From the time I stopped, until I was back on the road was only 12 minutes. Anymore, I consider this to be great turnaround for a fast food meal. My order was correct, my food was hot, and the staff was friendly.
