Pizza Inn is a well-regarded restaurant known for its pizza buffet, which offers a good variety and is kept well-stocked. The staff are friendly and accommodating, promptly fulfilling specific pizza requests such as ham and pineapple or bacon cheeseburger. The pizza has a unique cracker crust, and the pepperoni pizza is particularly praised for its thin, rightly soft texture and crispy pepperonis. The restaurant also has a salad bar that is adequate. Reviews highlight that the service is excellent, with staff members like Savannah and Colin ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The staff are very nice and accommodating, and service is often rated 10/10. Although some customers found the pizza wasn't that great on certain days, with no sauce on pizzas and the salad bar not being the best, the overall experience remains positive. Many customers enjoy going back, especially at dinner time when the restaurant can be crowded, but staff usually catch up quickly on making pizzas. The restaurant is very family friendly, located on a main highway called Dixon Boulevard in Shelby, and is known for its cleanliness and excellent staff. Additionally, the sweet tea is highly praised. Overall, Pizza Inn remains a solid choice for a satisfying meal at a reasonable price.
