I ordered on the app yesterday and no one was at the store at 12:20pm. I called them today just to see if they’d let me come pick my order up since they were closed. They proceeded to argue with me tell me they were open, when they clearly were not, no cars in the parking lot other than my own, no one answered the drive-thru no one was at the window when I pulled up. Cook was eating while making food. They didn’t have cheese sticks, didn’t have chilli, and their card machine was down. The bread for the burger was frozen! Never again.
I ordered a Big Buford combo and wanted Coke Zero ( which is on their sign) I was told they only had Diet Coke. I HATE Diet Coke so being.a diabetic I got a coke for my family I also ordered a chicken box. The chicken was hard as rocks with little and in some cases No chicken in them and burnt fries.
I’ve NEVER gotten good food there.
