We visit this Chick-fil-A often, and approximately 90% of the time something with our order is wrong, whether it be something is missing, something is given to us wrong, etc. This is the only Chick-fil-A I’ve ever had any problem with, and it’s a continuous thing. Went there today in fact, waited in the drive thru to get my order for 10+ minutes, just to receive it and find that we were missing all of the sauces, a tea, and a kids ice cream cup. Then it took another almost 15 minutes just to get the items we were missing!! Very disappointed in the Chick-fil-A at Cleveland Mall. Something needs to be changed or done, there is no excuse for this!

Please please please read the sticker receipt for mobile orders! My mobile order was incorrect three times this morning!! Explained the issue and I could hear the worker say that I told her wrong. No, I did not. She didn’t read the receipt and just brought me whatever. At least take accountability for your wrongdoing. She was definitely in the wrong and for me to hear her Complain as if I was wrong was complete rubbish!!

Second time recently that I did not get all of the food that I ordered and paid for (using the app), and I am sure I will not get contacted by the restaurant just like I didn’t get contacted last time. “out of mac and cheese” got a kid at home screaming and crying now because they didn’t want to make another pan earlier. i feel like this is laziness how do you run out when yall make it .i assume nobody wanted to. not to mention i made it all the way through the line to the window to hear this and would of changed my order if knowing. called they didn’t answer so screw this location won’t ever be back

The food and service are unbelievably great! The drive thru is ran like a well-oiled machine. Orders are always accurate, delicious and customer service is wonderful.
