Too dang expensive. The presentation of food was good but the taste wasn't all that. I told the employee that was my first time visiting and she didn't really suggest anything when I was trying to decide.
There food is delicious and the subs and there specialty saude they put on is terrific. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your orders are correct. Even if you do door dash I've called in and added another sandwich and just had them ring up for the additional sandwich and extra pickles. No problem and they are so nice in there. If you've never had a Firehouse Sub stop at the one in Shelby..in the summer they even have tables you can sit outside and enjoy the fresh air....read full review

Food has been good the several times ive visited. Staff are friendly as well and service is relatively quick. Drink machine also seems to keep more options stocked than other firehouse locations do which is a big plus!
