Got the wrong order-I think the window girl was maybe at least trying???? She just handed us the shakes the kitchen handed to her. Idk. The past 3 times I’ve gone there - mistakes have been made. I won’t be back….its just not worth the hassle spending money on stuff you didn’t order.

I just went to the drive thru at Cookout. I got my order and everything was right, yet the 2 sweet teas that I got were unsweet. I proceed to go back and ask for 2 sweet teas and was polite about it. The person at the window yanked my 2 teas out of my hands and then handed me new drinks. I have never been so disrespected at Cookout in Shelby.
Not to mention, I wasn't the only one complaining about the tea being unsweet.

Parked across the street at Aldi because I could not get my trailer in the drive thru. Parking lot is so small. Walked up to the walk up window to place my order. Stood there over 25 min with employees behind the glass window looking at me. No one ever opened to window to take my order. Just kept looking and looking away. I ended up walking off. Stay away. Definitely are not concerned about their customers or your business. 😩

Wow, I know this is fast food but this has to be one of the worst fast food places I've been to. The location is tough to pull into. Once you are in line you are stuck. Exactly what happened to me and they were so slow! The girl taking my order was rude. The double cheeseburger was over cooked. The 2 hot dogs were burnt. I couldn't even eat it. AWFUL

Use to be a great cheap place to get food however now unless there's better management this place is off my radar the service is awful slow and rude orders are almost always wrong (check your food before you pull off trust me) and it seems no one who works here cares. Go to Kings Mountain Cookout or Gaffney sc instead

Open until 2, but delivery on post mates turned off until 11:30 the next day and its not even midnight.
They have no idea how to give appropriate sides in their trays. How do they consider 4 onion rings and 3 cheese bites a side. My grandkids eat more than that and they are only 4 years old. This place is a joke. 99% of the staff is rude as hell. Will never go to this cookout again. The one in Kings Mountain is so much better.

☠️☠️I went thru the drive thru. It took over 30 mins. I got the correct drink, but that was it. By the time I opened the containers and realized both plates of food were wrong, I was too far away to turn around and had a tight schedule already. To whomever got my order, I hope you enjoyed. This bag went in the garbage.
