I went to Don Ramon’s for the first time and the service was horrible. Business was slow and our waitress was nowhere to be found and left my friends drunk empty for most of the meal. The Don Ramon’s in Fallston used to be fantastic and now it absolutely horrible . Staff only attend to certain customers and ignores all the other paying customers . Holds 6 tables for people who won’t even be there for 20 minutes EVERYDAY and then brings out cold food after making sure all the other “chosen customers “ have sizzling hot food. So disappointing. The have and will continue to lose everyone else’s business.
