The food was not good at all we paid 60 dollars for food that none of us thought was good or could even eat they didn’t have the correct change to give us back it smelt so bad in there the drinks were horrible will not be going back ever

An employee who had just arrived to work stopped to seat me before even clocking in. I had been waiting for 10 minutes. Once seated, I had great service and the staff were very friendly. The food was great.

Waited 20 min to be seated, asked for water was served lemon water and the waitress had no idea there was lemon in it, waited 45 min for food with 5 people in the kitchen, when he got his food (2 eggs 2 sausage, 2 pancakes 2 crepes) they were cold 10 min after he received his food mine finally come out (steak omelette fresh strawberries, blue berries) there were no fresh strawberries I was brought the ones in heavy syrup the blue berries were the same “not fresh” my egg was burnt and there was nothing inside of it! I asked for a water exchange 5 min later I received it, then my glass sat empty for the next 15 before the waitress ever come to ask did we need anything. Asked for boxes to pack the food up and it was 5 min later I received it. The Absolute WORST service and food I’ve ever experienced here!

Scary Time

Service was long. Food was good. It was cold though. I drove my grandfather here. The food was very delicious i had sausage eggs grits bacon and pancakes very full meal despite the cold atmosphere the food stayed warm. There was an employee(?) Walking around in a rick and morty hoodie which wouldn't really be appropriate for kids. Thankfully neither my grandpa or me are kids. Its a treat yourself place but I'd rather opt for chinese.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Our experience was absolutely awful from start to finish. Nothing about this restaurant was worth even a single star. When we were seated, we had to stand for several minutes while the waitress slowly rearranged menus and silverware before allowing us to sit. She brought out our kids’ plates first, then disappeared to check on the rest of the order. A few minutes later, she returned with our sides—but still no pancakes. My plate even had bits of rubber on the food. About ten minutes later, my husband’s pancakes arrived, but mine and his extra sausage still hadn’t come. The kids refused to eat their eggs because they tasted sour, and when my husband tried them, he agreed. Thirty minutes after placing our order, as we were getting ready to leave, the waitress finally brought out one pancake—though the meal was supposed to include two. She mentioned the kitchen accidentally added chocolate chips and that we wouldn’t be charged for them. At that point, I refused to eat it since I couldn’t trust it was actually gluten-friendly. My husband had to remind her again about his missing side of sausage. The waitress barely interacted with us the entire time except to drop plates off. Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. Absolutely not worth the $70 we spent to have breakfast as a family.

Edit: in response to management, here are 3 things I would do/improve immediately.

The smell: as soon as you walk in, you are hit with old cooking oil smell. Not a good first impression.

Cleanliness: it’s just generally kinda dirty. Food on the floor. Tables/seats not clean. Menus are sticky.

Service speed: we were really close to getting up and leaving when someone finally came to take our drink order.

Third time in about a year we’ve given this place a shot hoping for a different experience.

First time we were seated immediately but ignored by the entire wait staff for twenty minutes, no one came to the table not even a drink order was taken. So we left.
The next time, seated quickly drink order taken after about ten minutes, but no one returned for our food order so after about thirty minutes we left.
Today we were seated immediately, drink order taken about two minutes later, then food order taken about five minutes after that, we both ordered simple meals that should not take long to prepare. So I was thinking that had finally gotten it together. Thirty minutes later passed with no one coming by to check on us or to explain the delay in service. Still no food. Then I could hear them from the kitchen trying to figure out if this order or that order had been made or taken out yet. After another few minutes and still hearing the confusion from the kitchen, we left without getting our food. I will not be returning.

They were not busy any of the three times, and I understand why

We got there this past Saturday about 12:30 pm and were seated.only 5 other tables occupied we placed our order and waited and waited. Waitress never came back to refill our waters. No other contact. After waiting for 50 minutes on a BLT and pancakes we got up and left. We had direct view of the kitchen and 3 or 4 girls standing around talking to each other. Will not be coming back

If I could give no stars I would! Freaking gross! The woman who seated us was so rude even before we sat down. We had dirty silverware with grease or butter on them. Our order got “deleted” and we waited for our food for over a hour. Didn’t ask if we wanted refills during that whole time. And of course it took 20 mins to go over our orders again with them and when everything came out it was all wrong or missing or extra of things we didn’t order which was all added to the ticket. Everyone was in the kitchen on their phones and asked for a to go box, they had to go search for 1 and it was covered with nasty stuff inside like food or something had already sat in it. No offer for a discount or anything so paid full price for the worst restaurant experience we’ve ever had. Will update if we have food poisoning🤢
