One of my favorite places but had to delete my previous review. How are you going to upcharge customers for extra large drinks because your manager didn’t make sure to have inventory in your store? If you are out of regular cups and refuse to give a small drink and force a customer to pay extra for a drink size they don’t want and can’t even consume in this economy your manager and customer service needs attention.

Im in town for work and was so excited to try jack in the box since there isn’t one near me. I went through more than once and Jazz served me multiple times. Today they weren’t able to make the sandwich i ordered so she recommended something else that was SO good!! 10/10 Jazz, thank you!!
This place frequently runs out of stuff and is short staffed, but despite these challenges, the employees work hard and do whatever they can to get things done. It's not their fault! I've gone here a lot lately, and it's always hot and fresh. They're always killing it even with the hurtles. Keep up the good work! Don't let rude customers bring ya down. 😊
Drive thru took forever. Guy on the window was rude. Where's the whipped cream and cherry for the shakes? 🤦

The ladies were super nice, the store was clean inside and out, and the food was great. First time having Jack in the Box and it's a top favorite now haha. The egg rolls with sweet and sour sauce are a must every visit

Very rude employee that works here i work for doordash and the lady inside was very rude not to mention I waited on my order for 45 mins I say they need better employees in that place never will I ever eat their.

Oke of the only places open on Christmas, however the person taking the order was very unprofessional. We were interested in items we didn't see on the menu and asked if they served hot dogs are response was "do you see hot dogs on the menu?" Then we asked about milkshakes and asked if they had a Reese's flavored milkshake and again our response was very nasty from the lady taking the order "we have what you see on the menu, if you can't read that's why there's pictures!" We changed our mind and decided to leave only to find that there was no way to exit the drive-thru. The service was quite slow so we were stuck behind a car at the window for nearly 15 minutes before we could just take off and leave. Very unprofessional very disrespectful service and will never be returning.
