This was an awful experience. Apparently its ok to take a drive thru order of incredible size and keep cars lined up with no way to leave stuck for 30 minutes. When I told the employee she said its fine and there is only 2 of them so its OK.
Im not sure, why there management only has two employees working on a Tuesday at lunch or why they wouldn't train them on how to manage a drive thru but during that time fulfilling one order they had at least 5 cars leave.
I wont be coming back. Can't wait for you to have better management or go out of business.

The person that served us was very rude with an attitude like she didn't want to work there ... wouldn't give us time to order and rushed us and caused us to have attitudes but the food is fresh just the person on this very night to be rude ... get better workers

The last time I went the girl took forever getting my order and had an attitude at the window bc I said “hello”. Didn’t know if anyone was gonna take my order or not

Ordered a sausage and egg sandwich from here and only received the sausage and egg in a container then went back up there and they stated they could only give me the bread instead of making me a new sandwich. Opened the box only to find my bread had mold on it!

Came at 10:00am on a Thursday. Sign on the door said open at 8:00am but all the doors were locked. Staff behind the counter just looked at me and went on about their business. I won't be back.

Never been to the Jack in the Box and a lot of people say the food is good! However, when picking up my order and I looked in my bag to check to see if everything was in the bag. The woman at the front register rudely said “Something wrong”. Also this elderly couple waiting for their order as well and the same woman said “these old people waiting for what?
