I have been in there two times recently to get a large order. All of the staff were very helpful and courteous. There was even an irate customer in there and the manger handled the situation with grace and professionalism. Will be back again shortly!
Very Clean , Food Taste Fresh Young lady at the register was very nice and helpful . Maybe the cleanest restaurant in Shelby NC.
My 2 stars for the food is due to the chicken has become highly more salty and the chicken nuggets doesn't even taste real they had a chemical taste.

KFC offers a good deal on the $30 Fill Up Meal when ordered online through their app. The food, like the Original Chicken Sandwich, is enjoyable for families. The staff is so kind, friendly, and efficient, and customer service has been awesome. The food has been hot and fresh and magnificent. The place is wheelchair accessible with a drive-thru and handicap parking. However, some find the food a bit greasy and sometimes it's a rude employee. While some have had issues with slimy chicken, others have been disappointed with the size of the chicken pieces in their sandwiches.
