I have been in there two times recently to get a large order. All of the staff were very helpful and courteous. There was even an irate customer in there and the manger handled the situation with grace and professionalism. Will be back again shortly!
We had the best experience today at the KFC on Grover St. in Shelby, NC. Our server was Kyah & she was the best, most polite & friendly we have ever had. We will definitely be back 😊❤
Had to check order. Missing tea and mac & cheese. Had to prove order by showing receipt. Eventually got order correctly.

KFC offers a good deal on the $30 Fill Up Meal when ordered online through their app. The food, like the Original Chicken Sandwich, is enjoyable for families. The staff is so kind, friendly, and efficient, and customer service has been awesome. The food has been hot and fresh and magnificent. The place is wheelchair accessible with a drive-thru and handicap parking. However, some find the food a bit greasy and sometimes it's a rude employee. While some have had issues with slimy chicken, others have been disappointed with the size of the chicken pieces in their sandwiches.
